Your company's domain needs to be managed. Not just your email.

Email is the tip of the iceberg. The rest — the domain, the people, the information, the continuity — is underwater. That's where the real work happens.

5 areas managed by CODALE

What it costs

You pay for peace of mind, not hours.

The price isn't based on hours worked, but on having someone permanently take care of your company's important digital side. It grows with the number of users, meaning more accounts and access to keep under control.

Before anything else

Google Workspace licence — billed separately, directly by Google

Google Workspace is the business version of Gmail: same familiar experience, but on your own domain (name@yourcompany.com), with Drive and Calendar included. You buy one licence per person, directly from Google, monthly, at their price — CODALE doesn't sell licences. It's the first step; only after do we come in and configure everything.

Additional infrastructure work

Some work isn't part of the monthly administration and doesn't happen every month. When it's needed, it has a separate price, agreed before we do it. This includes things like registering or renewing a domain, activating new hosting, special configurations, or additional backups.

Each is quoted separately, before it's done. Routine work is already part of the permanent administration, at no extra cost.

Not sure what fits you? Let's talk — free, no commitment.

Why we start with email

Email isn't just an inbox.

When you create the address name@company.com, you also create a user who can have access to calendar, documents, apps, and company information.

That's where the important questions come from: what does it have access to? What happens when they leave the company? Who keeps the information? How do you revoke access? That's why, when we manage the email, we end up managing everything around it too.

Where things usually slip

  • A former employee keeps Drive access because offboarding was never fully done.
  • A critical client message is deleted by mistake, and the account has no retention or active backup.
  • Access for a new employee takes days and gets passed between colleagues.
Who does what

Google and CODALE don't do the same job.

Google Workspace CODALE
Role Provides the platform Manages how your company uses it
What it offers Email, Drive, Calendar, Meet (for video calls), Office tools equivalent to Word, Excel and PowerPoint Configuration, ongoing administration, security
Licences Sells licences, directly, monthly Doesn't sell licences, no markup
Your company Doesn't know your organization Knows how your company actually works
What we manage

We cover it, area by area.

Tap each area for details.

01 People Accounts · Onboarding · Offboarding · Access

People joining and leaving the company

When someone new joins, we create their address, set up access, and connect them to what they need to work. When someone leaves, we lock access, keep the company's information, and transfer what needs to be kept.

No forgotten accounts. No access left active after someone leaves.

02 Domain DNS · Hosting · Certificates · Security

The domain and security

We handle the things no one in your company should have to check daily: the domain, where your website is hosted, security certificates, and account protection. If the domain needs renewing, the certificate needs changing, or a configuration issue comes up, you don't need to remember it. We keep the configuration documented, so it doesn't all depend on one person's memory.

The important things stay functional and protected.

03 Email Addresses · Aliases · Delivery · Spam

Email and communication

New addresses, aliases, groups, forwarding, setup on phone and laptop, delivery or spam issues.

Email has to work without becoming a problem on your desk.

04 Information Drive · Documents · Ownership · Backup

Company files and information

Shared documents and files stay accessible to the team — and stay the company's, not a single person's. When an employee leaves, the information doesn't leave with them. We also handle backups, so important information can be recovered whenever needed.

The company's information doesn't live in one person's memory or laptop.

05 Continuity Monitoring · Documentation · Prevention

Continuity

Continuity isn't an extra service. It's what happens when the other four areas are managed correctly. The domain doesn't expire. Certificates don't expire. People who leave don't keep access. Information doesn't disappear along with a person. None of this depends on one person's memory.

We don't wait for something to break to find out how it was set up.

  • We migrate your email, no surprises

Before migrating, we check what needs to move and confirm the result once it's done. If a message identified in the pre-migration audit still goes missing, we redo the full migration at no cost, plus 3 months of free administration.

  • Satisfaction in the first 30 days

If the administration doesn't meet your expectations in the first month, we refund the first month in full.

  • Response time: maximum 4 business hours

Applies during support hours, through the agreed contact channels. If we miss this response time 3 times in a month, you get a 50% discount on that month's invoice.

  • Leave anytime, without being locked in

If you want to leave, you already have everything you need: Google Workspace, the domain, and hosting are all in your name. You don't need our approval. We'll leave you the configuration documentation and make sure your passwords are up to date, and we just ask that you let us know 30 days ahead.

Access to company data is limited to what's necessary to administer the service, and follows the applicable contractual obligations.

What's not included

Clear on what you're not buying.

CODALE is not:

  • ✗a helpdesk for laptop or computer issues
  • ✗computer repairs
  • ✗physical interventions at your office
  • ✗the "IT guy" for printers, internet, network, or other office equipment

We handle the digital side that starts from your company's identity and domain — email, accounts, access, security, and permanent administration. Not the physical equipment in your office. If you need that side covered too, we can recommend someone trustworthy.

1. Google Workspace works without you. Why pay for monthly administration?

True. Google Workspace works without us.

But Google doesn't take care of your company.

When you hire someone, who creates their account? Who sets up their access? When they leave, who makes sure access is closed and the data stays with the company? Who notices an important email landing in Spam? Who checks the licences, security, and domain settings?

You can do all of this yourself. The problem is you have to remember to do it, know how, and be available when it comes up.

We take on that responsibility. Every month, we make sure your company's email system and domain are managed, secured, and working — even when, from where you sit, "everything's fine."

You're not paying for Google Workspace to work. You're paying CODALE so you don't have to be the one dealing with it.

2. I already work with an IT company. Does CODALE still make sense?

Yes. CODALE can work alongside your IT provider — we handle the domain, digital identity, and Google Workspace administration, while your IT provider keeps managing computers, the network, and physical office equipment. Different areas, no overlap.

How we get started

Four steps, from first call to administration.

01

We talk

We go over your current setup and what the company uses.

02

We prepare

We check the domain, the users, and the information we need.

03

We implement

We configure, migrate, or take over the service.

04

We confirm and administer

We verify the result and take over ongoing administration.

If only you know how your domain works, you have a problem.

Not because you did anything wrong — but because your company's infrastructure shouldn't depend on a single person. We take it over and manage it permanently.
