It's not magic and it's not something you have to take on faith. Below are the exact steps, in order, with what happens at each one — so you know beforehand, not as you go.
From the old provider, straight into the new email
Your company doesn't have email on its own domain yet — we set up Google Workspace directly, nothing to migrate.
A few hours, one business day
You already have @yourcompany.com addresses, but on a shared hosting server. We migrate messages, folders and contacts without losing anything.
Usually 24–48 hours, depending on mailbox size
Your team currently uses @gmail.com addresses and you want to move to @yourcompany.com, keeping the full history.

You already have @yourcompany.com addresses, but with Microsoft 365 or another email provider, and you want to move to Google Workspace. We move messages, folders, contacts and calendars without losing anything.
Usually 24–48 hours, depending on mailbox size
We check how many accounts, messages, folders and existing integrations you have. We set the exact scenario and the real duration, not an estimate.
We prepare the new Google Workspace account and DNS records, but old email keeps working normally. Nobody on the team notices anything yet.
We copy messages, folders, contacts and calendars from the old account to the new one. It happens outside working hours, so nothing gets interrupted.
We change the MX record so new emails land directly in Google Workspace. This is the only truly "critical" moment — and it's already prepared from step 2, so it takes minutes, not hours.
We verify everything arrived correctly and stay available by phone for the first week, at no extra cost, for any question your team has.
MX is the address where your domain's "mail" actually arrives. When we change the MX, we're telling the internet: "from now on, emails for @yourcompany.com go to Google, not the old server".
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are three "stamps" that prove an email really comes from your company, not from an impostor using its name. Set up correctly, they almost completely eliminate the risk of your offers landing in Spam.
You don't need to understand how to configure them — you just need to know that, without them, most businesses end up exactly where they started: offers landing in Spam.

An easy migration (small to mid-size mailboxes) usually takes 24–48 hours, but there is one technical detail: Google allows a maximum of 2.5 GB transferred per address per day, and the limit applies per address, not per company. Accounts migrate in parallel, so the total duration depends on the largest account, not on how many addresses you have. Migration is done exclusively in the evening or on weekends, so the team never stops working. We calculate the exact estimate during the audit and give it to you in writing before we start. A fresh setup, with nothing to migrate, takes a few hours, within a single business day.
It shouldn't. Old email stays active throughout preparation, and the DNS switch — the only truly "official" moment — takes minutes and happens exactly when the team isn't working.
Messages sent within the migration window are included in the final check. If anything is still missing compared to the initial audit, we redo the full migration at no cost.
Yes. Migration can be done gradually, in groups, if you'd prefer a pilot before the rest of the team. We discuss this during the audit, based on what works best for you.
Practically nothing. You just need access to the domain's admin account (at the registrar or hosting provider) for the DNS configuration step — the rest is entirely our job.
No commitment, no pressure. Just clarity before you decide.
