We've seen exactly what breaks with email. That's how CODALE started.
Since 2008 we've taken care of the part behind your email that, most of the time, nobody wants to deal with: the domain, the hosting, and the email management. Things that simply need to work.
It all started with an inbox.
In 2008 we were doing web design and digital services for small companies in the area. Email was always the last thing on the list — the kind of technical detail you set up once and forgot about. But as we worked with more and more companies, we kept noticing the same pattern: the inbox "worked," but nobody at the company really knew what was behind it. The domain, the password, the admin access always depended on one single person. It wasn't bad luck. It was almost every company we worked with.
"It works" doesn't mean "it's managed." At every company, the same questions stayed unanswered:
- Who knows the password?
- Who knows where the domain is?
- Who knows who has access?
- What happens if that person leaves?
It's not your fault. That's exactly why CODALE exists.
That's when we understood what we actually offer: not just email that works, but the guarantee that someone is responsible for it, consistently, no matter who comes and goes at your company.
We make sure the email and web domain of small and medium businesses run without interruption and stay fully under their control.
Small and medium business email, managed at corporate level.
We don't want to be the biggest team.
We want to be the team that knows exactly what it manages — not a helpdesk you call when something breaks.
Technical people, not call-center operators
You talk directly to someone who can understand and solve the problem — not just log it.
Context, not re-briefing
We know what you have, what we've configured, and what's changed. We already have the context.
Management, not just fixes
A fix solves today's problem. Management means you never start from zero again.
But we're small, on purpose.
We work with a limited number of clients, precisely so we can keep the context and the direct relationship.
You don't have to take our word for it.
We're not the biggest email management company in Romania. But we're the kind of company people come back to.
"Storage space for email was always a problem for us — we work with large projects, and the 'insufficient storage' error kept blocking us. Since switching to Google Workspace Standard, we haven't thought about it once. CODALE manages our shared Drive, and projects are organised exactly as they should be."
"We've been working with CODALE for a good few years now, and honestly we've never thought about changing anything. Our email on Google runs without any hassle, and whenever we needed something, the team responded quickly and got it sorted. We're very happy."
Want to see exactly what we'd find at your company?
Find out in 30 minutesYou don't have to trust us blindly — you can check everything.
We know how it sounds: "handing your company's keys to someone else." That's exactly why we keep things simple:
- the domain, accounts, data and licenses stay under your name, not ours
- if you ever decide to move on without us, you leave with everything you have, no questions asked
We manage. You stay in control.
That's what transparency means to us: always knowing what we do, who has access, and what happens if we ever part ways.
We're not for everyone.
At the start, the administrator or a handy employee handles it. Then the company grows, and management ends up depending on a single person. We take that off your hands — no matter your size.
✅ We're for you if
- your company's domain, email and access depend on one person right now
- you don't want to keep handling this yourself, or leave it to an employee
- you're a small or medium company — and however much you grow, our management grows with you
❌ We're not
- "IT for everything" — we don't manage employees' laptops
- a repair shop — we don't fix printers
- on-site support — we don't make in-person repairs at your office
Still have questions?
1. How long does an email migration take, and can I lose messages?
An easy migration usually takes 24–48 hours, in the evening or over a weekend, without stopping your company's activity. Large mailboxes take longer, because Google allows a maximum of 2.5 GB transferred per address per day, and we give you the exact estimate in writing before we start. Since 2008 we've done over 145 migrations and haven't lost a single email.
2. Do you work with small companies too, with few employees?
Yes. We work best with companies with 1 to 50 employees — from one-person operations to teams of a few dozen people. We don't rule out larger companies either; if you have 200 employees, let's talk.
3. What happens if the person at my company who knows everything about email and the domain leaves?
Nothing gets stuck. We already have the full context — who has access, where the domain is, what's configured — because we manage it, not just fix it once.
Let's see what you have right now.
In 30 minutes we look at what you have and tell you what's configured correctly, where the risks are, and what we can take over. If it's already done well, we'll tell you that too — you don't have to become a client to find out.
