This is your email now. This is your email administered by CODALE.
Now
- No one has clear responsibility for email and domain.
- Accounts and access are handled improvised, case by case.
- Problems get passed between providers — no one owns the whole thing.
- An employee became the accidental administrator, without ever wanting to.
With CODALE
- There's a clear person responsible, with a name and phone number, for everything email-related.
- Accounts and access are administered — new account on hiring, access closed on departure.
- You have one point of contact, not an anonymous call center.
- Google Workspace issues no longer cost your company any time at all.

"We rely daily on the email administered by CODALE, with optimal safety and speed. Our experience has been excellent and we count on this partnership going forward."
"Google email gives us exactly the mobility we need — we work from anywhere, with no limitations. Real-time collaboration is hard to match. And CODALE is there for us exactly when we need it."
"We didn't realise the domain was about to expire, until email suddenly stopped working. We called in a panic, and CODALE fixed it fast — the domain was renewed and everything went back to normal, with no messages lost."
Three steps. You do almost nothing.
A 30-minute conversation
We look at how many accounts you have, who needs what address, what system you're using now. That's it. We handle everything from there.
The invisible migration
We move everything in the evening or on weekends — messages, contacts, calendars. Zero emails lost. Zero disruptions. Written guarantee.
Email is no longer your problem
New hire — address in 10 minutes. Someone leaves — access closed immediately. A problem — you call, we answer, we fix it. You're no longer involved.
What does administration cost?
The price depends only on the number of users administered:
A second domain follows the same principle — priced by number of users, not as a separate flat fee.
Google Workspace: licenses are paid directly to Google. CODALE adds no markup.
Initial implementation: from €69, depending on your situation.
Already have infrastructure? Taking over administration starts from €119.
Three written guarantees. Not promises.

Zero data loss
If any message identified in the pre-migration audit is missing, we redo the full migration at no cost + 3 months of free administration.

If the service doesn't meet your expectations in the first 30 days, we refund the full first month of administration.
-
We meet response times
If we miss the guaranteed response times 3 times in a month, you get 50% off that month's invoice.
We're a good fit if...
Good fit
- You have 1–50 employees and use Gmail, Yahoo or the email bundled with your website, or you just registered your company and want to start correctly from day one
- You want to control who has access to what (not an employee)
- You have an internal IT department, but prefer to outsource Google Workspace administration rather than add it to their list
- You want a reliable long-term partner who actually fixes email issues when they come up, not a provider that disappears after setup
- You're anywhere in Romania: all administration is remote. More than 50 employees? We prepare a custom quote, write to us
We're probably not for you if:
- You already have complete, functioning Google Workspace administration in-house — there's no responsibility gap for us to fill
- You're hunting for the lowest price, not the best value for money
- You prefer to manage technical configurations yourself
Frequently asked questions about professional email with a custom domain — direct answers.
01. If I can't reach you tomorrow, am I stuck?
No. And we think this is the important thing to know before you hand us the administration.
Your accounts, domains, and data stay yours. Not ours.
Google Workspace sits on your company's account. Your emails, Drive files, and calendars live in Google's infrastructure, not on CODALE's servers.
Likewise, your domain, hosting, cPanel, DNS, and related accounts belong to your company, and the access and passwords are yours. We administer them for you — we don't hold them instead of you.
That means if, one day, we stop working together — for whatever reason — you don't need our permission to take your things back. You can keep using the services, switch administrators, or bring administration in-house. And if you need help with the transfer, we give you all the information and access required.
We don't want you to stay with CODALE because you can't leave. We want you to stay because you have no reason to.
We've been active since 2008, and the average client relationship runs over 5 years. But for us, the real guarantee is this: our service has to be good enough that you choose to stay — not locked-down enough that you're forced to.
02. What happens if I want to leave or switch provider?
You leave anytime, no penalties, no minimum period. One thing we ask: 30 days' notice so you have time to export everything.
The account is yours from day one, so you can export it yourself anytime. On departure, if you'd rather, we can help with:
→ Full export of all emails in .mbox or .pst format
→ Contacts and calendar export
→ Complete documentation of your domain's security configuration
→ Admin access to the Workspace account stays yours — no lock-in
We haven't lost a client for this reason in 18 years. But the option exists and it's written in the contract.
03. Will I lose old emails when I migrate? How long does it take?
You lose nothing. We move everything — messages, folders, contacts, calendars — before changing anything. Migration is done evenings or weekends; the team is not interrupted for a single minute. A technical detail we tell you upfront: Google transfers a maximum of 2.5 GB per address per day — the limit applies per address, not per company. All accounts migrate in parallel, so the total duration is determined by the largest account, not the number of addresses. We calculate the exact duration during the audit and put it in writing before we start.
04. Google Workspace works without you. Why pay for monthly administration?
True. Google Workspace works without us.
But Google doesn't take care of your company.
When you hire someone, who creates their account? Who sets up their access? When they leave, who makes sure access is closed and the data stays with the company? Who notices an important email landing in Spam? Who checks the licences, security, and domain settings?
You can do all of this yourself. The problem is you have to remember to do it, know how, and be available when it comes up.
We take on that responsibility. Every month, we make sure your company's email system and domain are managed, secured, and working — even when, from where you sit, "everything's fine."
You're not paying for Google Workspace to work. You're paying CODALE so you don't have to be the one dealing with it.
05. I can set up Google Workspace myself. Why pay CODALE?
You can. And if you're a technical founder with free time, it's probably worth doing yourself. But if you're an owner or manager at a 10–40 person company, here's what "yourself" means in practice:
→ Correctly configuring your domain's email security takes 2–4 hours if you know what you're doing. If not, emails land in Spam and you won't know why
→ Migrating each account, verifying nothing was lost — another 1–2 days
→ Onboarding each employee on each device — 30–60 min/person
→ Any subsequent problem — you become the IT administrator, permanently
If your time is worth more than a few dozen euros an hour, the maths does itself.
06. How much does it cost per month — licences + support?
You pay two things separately: the Google Workspace licence (billed directly by Google, with no mark-up from us) and our monthly management fee. Concrete example for a 10-address team: Google Starter licences ~€68/month (annual billing, excl. VAT) + CODALE support €99/month = ~€167/month total. On top of that, a one-time setup fee (from €130 for 5–15 addresses, from €170 if you move email from another provider). See all packages and full pricing →
07. What is professional email with your own domain?
It means addresses like john@yourcompany.com — on your own company domain, not john@gmail.com or another free account. Addresses are controlled by the admin, not by an employee: you create accounts when you hire someone, close access in minutes when they leave, and all data stays with the company.
08. I tried migrating once and it was a disaster. Why would this be different?
Migrations fail for three reasons: no audit beforehand (you don't know what you have), migrating during working hours (you disrupt operations), no manual verification after (the script says OK but the inbox is empty). We audit first, migrate exclusively evenings or weekends, verify every account manually.
09. Why Google Workspace and not Microsoft 365?
Both are solid. We work with Google Workspace because email deliverability is stronger in the Romanian B2B ecosystem and the Gmail interface is familiar to most employees. If your team works heavily in advanced Excel and Word, we'll tell you at the audit if Microsoft 365 would be a better fit.
10. What happens if you're not available?
Being small is your advantage, not your risk. When you call, someone who knows your configuration answers — not a call-centre agent reading a ticket.
Every client has a complete documented file: configuration, change history, specific details. If one person isn't available, another picks it up in minutes without starting from zero.
And whatever happens, your Google Workspace account is yours, not ours — admin access always stays with your company. You're never locked out of your own email, no matter what happens to us.
In 18 years, the worst problem caused by unavailability: a phone that didn't reconnect after an update — resolved in 10 minutes. Not luck. Documentation and a small team that is accountable to every client.
11. What happens if Google has an outage?
It can happen, like with any major infrastructure — but rarely and briefly. Google Workspace has a publicly guaranteed 99.9% uptime SLA (under an hour of downtime a month, on average under a minute a day). The difference from your own server or cheap hosting: an issue is publicly monitored, fixed by a global team around the clock, and rarely lasts more than a few minutes. You're not depending on a single physical server that can stay down for days until someone gets around to fixing it.
12. Does the price increase at renewal?
Your subscription price stays fixed for at least 12 months from signing. Any adjustment afterward is communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance — no hidden "automatic annual increase" clause in the contract. The only thing that can change is the price of the Google licences themselves — set by Google, not us — and you pay that directly to Google anyway, at their real cost, with no mark-up from us.
